The software does work, but my gut feeling is that it’s just not laid out very intuitively. I kept bouncing around the menus trying to find basic things, and it made simple tasks feel more frustrating than they needed to be.

It seems to do a solid job blocking malware, so I feel covered there. The only thing is the scans are kind of slow and can get annoying if you’re trying to get stuff done. I haven’t had to contact customer service yet, and I’m hoping I don’t have to, because I never really trust those teams to be much help.

I was expecting the site to feel a bit more trustworthy and polished, but it came across a little dodgy to me. Nothing specific completely put me off, but it just didn’t give me the confidence I was hoping for.

After going back and forth a few times and not getting anywhere, I just gave up. The software issue was annoying enough, but the lack of helpful support made it worse. Overall, I was not happy with the support experience at all.

I paid for this app, but it still crashes constantly, especially after updates. What’s frustrating is that there’s never really any explanation or clear fix, so I’m just left in the dark wondering if it’s ever going to work properly
